The remaining 3 aid stations are water only.
Please leave your drop bags in the designated area at Pacifica on Friday, we need them by 7pm. This will be the only time to leave them seeing as they have to be distributed some 100 miles over the course. !!!!! Medical Form:
Our Medical Director Kelly Lange has asked that you all read over the Medical Information for Runners, then fill out the Medical Information Sheet. You can either mail it in to
Kelly Lange at 120 N. Second Street, Ashland, OR 97520, or fax it to her at 541-482-4203. She needs these before the race to better access runners at each of the Medical check points on the course and to alert any of the aid station captains of any preexisting runner conditions. Your help with this is very appreciated.

Here is what we posted our first year:
The average high temperature is 84ƒF with an average low of 43ƒF. Record highs have reached triple digits. Be aware that the entire course is relatively remote. Be prepared for hot, sunny weather during the day and cold nights.
For anyone involved in the inaugural race you'll notice there was no mention of a possible downpour from start to finish. Now we know it can happen. Chances are that we won't see conditions like that for another 10 years. However, always come prepared. Be sure you're checking the weather reports leading up to race day.
Tent sites are available at Pacifia (race check in location). All camping will be free of charge this year! There are outhouse facilities and there will be plenty of camping spots available.
There are a number of opportunities to volunteer race weekend. If you are interested in contributing to this great event please send an email to our volunteer coordinator.
